Elan The Presidential – Luxury Residential in Sector 106

Gurgaon-based Elan group will invest Rs 4,000 crore. On the Dwarka Expressway, 8 million square feet of premium residential area is being developed. Elan Group acquired the 40-acre land parcel from Indiabulls Real Estate for Rs 580 crore in January this year.

It is a fully licensed 40 acre land, out of that 40 acres are meant for residential development and 10 acres for commercial spaces.

Elan Group has previously constructed retail and commercial projects in Gurgaon.

Elan Group would invest around Rs 4,000 crore in the project, according to a statement made by the developer on November 30. The Developer expects sales revenue of Rs 10,000 crore from it .
